DISCUSSION

Results reveal prognosis is relationed with the original tumour size, location, local recurrence, histology and presence of cervical metastasis (2).

Aggressive surgical treatment is recommended, prophylactic suprahyoid neck dissection, and radical neck dissection with cervical metastasis are presented.
