The analysis of the nasal microflora of the 659 patients with bacterial rhinitis has been done. Among them there were 399 adults? 280 children aged under 14. During last 10 years there has been a reduction of the amount of Staphylococcus aureus (from 28 to 12,8 % ), while the presence of S. epidermitis and S. saprophytocus has kept the same level.
The number of some enterobacteriums has increased: Pr. vulgaris, K. pneumonie - by 4, Pr. Rettgeri - by 3; the amount of Acinetobacter calcoaceticus - by 4, Ps. aerugenosa - by 1,5. The number of antibiotic and antiseptic resistant stamms has increased by 23 % during 5 years.
