About INABIS

The Internet World Congress is an annual event sponsored by the Internet Association for Biomedical Sciences (INABIS), a society founded in Japan by Professor Sumio Murase to promote the exchange of scientific findings and foster communication among scientists and medical health professionals using the Internet. Last year's meeting (INABIS'98) was the first one outside Japan, and the first such event organized in North America. INABIS 2000 then is organized in Europe for the first time.
