The Latin-American Society of Pathology organized the "XXII Congress of the Latin-American Society of Pathology", that took place at Lima-PERU, from 25 to 30 of October, 1999 at the Meeting Centre of the Los Delfines Hotel, placed in the San Isidro district.
The main topic of the congress were the discussion of the early
detection of the four most important cancers in the region; Uterine Cervix, Breast,
Stomach, and Prostate.
