The medical appointment and services manually done don`t get quality in services. With a support of a specialized computing system it is easier to keep up with the execution of the timetable and to improve the attendance to community, avoiding getting in line. This work presents the development of the MCS - Medical Appointment System and Services. Through an strutured analysis, it came by the system model, more particularly to Data Flowchart, Relationship - entity Model, Data Vocabulary. Next it came to a physical model with definitions of the screen displays, report and browser diagram. It was used the SGBD ZIM for programming, because it runs in any operational system, making it easier the development, implementation and execution of the system. The system was grouped in functions aimming to facilitate the development and the user`s comprehension. It has basic functions of file as professional file, unit, specialty, municipality, class, routes and holidays. From the professional`s timetable are created medical appointments to be booked for patients who need ambulatory attendance. Besides, the appointments can be canceled or blocked for a specific reason.The medical notebook sending which is sent to all units, is other important function of the system, because it does the attendance of the units and the coming of the patient.
