Resumen de la historia clínica:

Thirty-six year old female patient with dysphagia and dyspnea. On palpation of the thyroid gland an isthmic nodule was found. FNA: “epithelial proliferation with atypia”. Total thyroidectomy showed, beside this nodule, multiple white, irregular lesions.
