Resumen de la historia clínica:

Fifty-six year old female patient with an abdominal mass in July 2004. Clinically with abdominal pain, hypertension and diabetes. Norepinephrine level 697mg/24hours. CT scan showed an 8cm mass in the right adrenal gland. Adrenalectomy was done in September 2004 after which the patient's condition worsened and she died in April 2005.
