Brief clinical history    

52 years old male, with a personal history of acute infarct of myocardium, referring bilateral sciatica and paresthesis in his lower limbs. Nuclear magnetic resonance showed an extradural 8 x 1.7 x 2 cm mass, D11-D12 to L2. The tumor extends along the spine channel. It was surgically removed. A frozen study was performed.
