Brief clinical history
A 24 years old male presented with a firm mass in his right buttock. Clinically, an ill defined mass deeply located, apparently 10 cm size was palpated. No skin ulceration was observed. X-rays exams showed no bone abnormality, and the mass was deeply located extensively infiltrating gluteus muscle and soft tissues.
Three small fragments (measuring 1x1 cm altogether) were received for histopathological study.
