Case history: During a routine thorax X- rays on a 41-year-old woman, multiple lung nodules showed up. She had undergone hysterectomy due to leiomyomas 5 years ago. The physical examination was carried out within normal limits; and blood tests, cytological sputum studies and the bronchoscopy displayed no pathologic findings.

Computed tomographic-guided fine needle aspiration was performed according to standard methods.
