Mid aged female patient with nodular frontal skin lesion Case history:
A 42 years old woman presented with a 2 cm nodule in her upper forehead. The
lesion was nodular, soft, and attached to deep tissues. Neither skin
ulceration nor abnormal skin pigmentation were noted. Se was diagnosed of
malignant melanoma with single pulmonary metastases, treated with surgery,
chemotherapy and immunotherapy, ten years earlier. A recent radiological
study showed a new nodular 1 cm pulmonary lesion in her right lung.
