DIAGNÓSTICO

TUMOR MIOFIBROBLASTICO INFLAMATORIO GIGANTE DE CAVIDAD ORAL

COMENTARIOS

Lesion gigante intraoral de rapido crecimiento
Lesion fusocelular y mixoide, con IF Miofibroblástico, con infiltrado inflamatorio
Marcadores buen pronóstico :
Márgenes quirúrgicos libres
Ausencia de atipia
Ausencia de mitosis
No crecimiento infiltrativo ( senos, hueso...)
Ki 67 < 10% /ALK -/ p53-
