Introduction: The Mullerian Adenosarcoma of the uterus are tumors generally with a low grade of malignancy and had following by local recurrence and only rarely metastases.
Material and methods: We was reporting 7 cases of mullerian adenosarcoma of the uterus ( MAU). They were processing by light microscopy y trasmission electron microscopy.
Result: The MAU ocurried in women of 48 - 70 year-old your main symptoms were vaginal bleeding. The mass was grown as polypoid mass within the endometrial cavity, and it was composing of histologically benign glands within a sarcomatous neoplam. The ultrastructural alterations were showing in the nuclei of sarcomatous cells. The gland were benign cells.
Discussion: The MAU are rare bipasic neoplams and represent a less agressive variant of the classic, alignant mixed mullerian mesenchymal tumors. They comprise less than 1 % of gynecologic malignacies and 2-5 % of all uterine malignancies. The tumor arise primarily from the tissue mesodermal mullerian since endometrial epitleium.
