Case report    

A 72-year-old female presented with symptoms of pain in the proximal tibia for the past six months. Radiograph of the proximal tibia (fig.1, fig.2) shows a lytic process involving the proximal tibial diaphysis with no significant sclerotic reactive bone at the periphery suggesting a benign lesion.
