Clinical history

Female, 59 y.o., referring a retroareolar nodule in her right breast, without any retraction sign nor tenderness.
A fine needle aspiration is performed, obtaining large amount of greyish material.
Mujer de 59 años de edad  que muestra un nódulo retroareolar en mama derecha sin signos de retracción ni dolorosa a la palpación
Se realiza punción aspiración con aguja fina obteniéndose abundante  material grisáceo.

Cytology findings

Cytology smears show large amount of cellular groups with a monomorph population of cells without significant atipia and consisting of oval to elongated cells, with polarized nuclei, small or unapparent nucleoli. These cells are arranged as isolated elements or groups with little cellular cohesion.
Estudio citológico:
En las extensiones citológicas se observaba abundante celularidad constituida por una población de celular sin atipia significativa constituida por células ovaladas, a veces alargadas con núcleo polarizado,  nucleolos inaparentes que se disponen aisladas y en grupos con poca cohesión celular.
